While I love autumn and all the content everyone is creating around it, it’s really refreshing to read a different take. SAD hits me most in late winter, especially in March, when others in central Europe are in full spring mode and Edinburgh didn't get the memo. I love your idea of a dopamine menu and will definitely give it a try. I love refreshing my space without buying anything by moving furniture around. It makes the home feel new again. I usually move my desk in front of the window to catch as much light as possible, which feels essential as the days get shorter.

I love seeing everyone's excitement for fall too but it always brings a lower, more nostalgic mood for me. I will say, our fall is coming a little late this year (it still feels like summer here) so I can't complain.

And YES to just moving furniture around, it can make such a difference. I love the tip of moving your desk to the window, I might have to try that too this year!

Would absolutely love to read about how you conduct your techo kaigi! 🩶 Also, thank you for the encouragement to do a closet purge. I have so many clothes that don't fit and so many that I don't even like. It's time.

Yes! Love that for you! The end of a season is the perfect time to conduct a closet purge. I'll definitely work on the techo kaigi article soon 🖤
